About the role:

As one of our Customer Care Advisors; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service, and a top class customer experience. You’ll engage directly with our customers ensuring seamless end-to-end service and delivery management.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, big-picture thinking and collaboration with key stakeholders to provide exceptional service. Previous experience in a contact centre is essential.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for self-starters who learn quickly and enjoy problem-solving.

While we’ll train you on the specifics of the job, having the right behaviours is essential. We’re looking for individuals who are:

Our ways of working

This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework, balancing the benefits of office and home working. We work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.

We’re also currently gearing up for an exciting move! In 2025, we’ll be relocating from our current location at the Gyle (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre.

The move to our new home at 6 St Andrew Square is expected to take place around May/June 2025. The site will have great transport links and will be just a five-minute walk from Waverley station.
