Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Discharge Lounge Nurse for their Cardiothoracic surgical wards in London. The successful candidate will provide care to patients who are medically fit for discharge following cardiac and thoracic procedures, ensuring a positive experience during their transition out of the hospital.
