Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 2 Health Care Support Worker to join the Gwanwyn ward at Royal Gwent Hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commitment to patient-centered care, possess excellent communication skills, and be flexible in working various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Assist patients in their rehabilitation and discharge processes, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Carry out assigned tasks as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
