The role of a Healthcare Assistant at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust involves providing vital support to Integrated Mental Health teams in HMP Altcourse and HMP Liverpool. Responsibilities include assisting healthcare professionals with clinical duties and group work, performing health screenings, venepuncture, ECGs, and physical health checks, and managing patient welfare checks.
