Harmeny Education Trust is seeking a part-time Cleaner (Domestic Assistant) to join their Catering and Domestic Services team in Balerno, Edinburgh. The role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards across various facilities, including office buildings and residential cottages, supporting the team with tasks such as dusting, mopping, and cleaning restroom facilities. The position requires a commitment to hygiene, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well within a team.

The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 11 am, earning £13.17 per hour. They will follow a structured cleaning schedule and contribute to creating a positive environment for children aged 5-18 who receive care and education at Harmeny. Ideal applicants should have prior cleaning experience, familiarity with Health and Safety practices, and a capacity to engage effectively with staff and children.
