Torbay Council is seeking a Community Care Worker for the Early Help Service, specifically within the Family Intervention Team, to address the needs of children and families at an early stage. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating closely with various partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to supporting children and young people. Applicants must have prior experience working with children and families, a strong understanding of relevant legislation, and the ability to effectively assess, plan, and deliver support packages.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and professionals. A GCSE or equivalent in English is required, along with experience in health or social care settings.
