Key Responsibilities:

- Must drive and have access to your own vehicle
- Ability to work in set shift patterns - 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 7am - 11pm
- Some availability during evenings and weekends is required
- Reliable transport to ensure timely visits and client mobility support
