The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Ward Administrators for Caravelle Ward at Crawley Hospital, offering both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time (15 hours per week) permanent positions. The successful candidates will provide vital administrative and clerical support to the Clinical, nursing, and therapy teams in the Intermediate Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities include managing office procedures, ordering and tracking supplies, serving as the SystmOne champion, updating HealthRoster, assisting with recruitment, and taking meeting minutes. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain composed in a busy ward environment.
