NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Charge Nurse to join the West Fife Community Mental Health Team, responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with various mental health issues across a wide geographical area. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload, participate in innovative treatment pathways for complex trauma and personality disorders, and lead the delivery of evidence-based interventions. This role demands a strong team player with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to guide junior staff.

The position offers a supportive work environment with a commitment to professional development through educational opportunities and clinical supervision. Candidates should have experience in mental health nursing and will be tasked with assessment, care planning, and the delivery of care in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
