The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator for the Thoracic Surgery Department, tasked with providing a high-quality clinical booking service within a busy environment. The role involves managing outpatient appointments from referral to patient attendance and discharge, necessitating excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing changing priorities. Candidates should possess strong teamwork capabilities, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail, as well as experience in customer service and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office and HISS.

The Clinic Coordinator will liaise with patients, caregivers, and various healthcare staff, ensuring that clinic slots are managed efficiently in compliance with both Local and National Guidelines regarding Referral to Treatment.
