The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Health and Social Care Screening Officer for its Adult Health & Social Care Contact Team in Eccles. This full-time position involves processing and screening referrals related to adult social care, occupational therapy, intermediate care, and district nursing, as well as handling queries, booking appointments, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer care and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
