Cencora is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join its team at World Courier in Edinburgh. This position is integral to delivering high-quality service in the specialty logistics sector, focusing on advanced healthcare solutions.


Key Details:


  • Shift Pattern:
    Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 07:00 - 21:30, Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime on weekends. Initial probationary period of 6 months in-office only, followed by hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

  • Salary:
    £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus a 5% bonus and additional company benefits (private health care, pension scheme, life insurance, EAP, annual leave).


Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and provide quotes.
  • Monitor and update clients on shipment statuses.
  • Input data into company databases and collaborate with global teams.
  • Address customer problems and ensure compliance with policies.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceutical sectors is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
  • Good education background (A levels/Highers or equivalent).
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
