The Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Healthcare Science Support Workers (HSSW) for the Blood Sciences Department, with two part-time positions available (30 and 35 hours/week). The role involves working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team responsible for processing a high volume of laboratory specimens. Duties include checking electronic and paper requests, inputting data into the Laboratory Information System, and carrying out technical, clerical, and administrative tasks. Flexibility in working hours is essential, with shifts covering from 07:00 to 21:00, including weekends and bank holidays.
