The Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Radiology Clerical Officers to provide clerical support, including reception duties and appointment scheduling for various imaging services across four sites. The role requires excellent communication and IT skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure while managing workloads and deadlines. The clerical officers will interact with patients primarily over the phone, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.

Candidates must be flexible and capable of working varied hours between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays. The Trust is one of the largest acute healthcare providers in the North West of England, serving a diverse population with a range of acute care services.
