The Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Health Visitor to join the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 Telford Service. This role involves working primarily within the Community First Team to deliver universal and targeted health interventions for children and their families. Candidates should possess the NMC Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification and have significant post-registration experience with a strong background in child protection and safeguarding.

The position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across various agencies to promote health and well-being in the community. The role offers full-time, flexible working arrangements with a salary ranging from £37,338 to £44,962 per annum. Applicants must be adaptable to the evolving needs of the client group and should be prepared for travel as part of their duties.
