This role involves working primarily within the Community First Team to deliver universal and targeted health interventions for children and their families. The post holders will have a lead role within maximising the health of children, families and the community.
Your role will require you to work in partnership with partner agencies and providers, to promote and enhance the health and well-being of children and families. You must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
