The role of the E-Rostering Facilitator at Greater Manchester Police involves supporting the implementation and ongoing utilisation of the Trust rostering system across various areas of the organisation. The post holder will deliver training and coaching to staff, assisting them in navigating the significant cultural and procedural changes accompanying the new system. They will need to possess expert knowledge of the Health Roster system, aid in analyzing complex data related to staffing patterns, and ensure fair and efficient roster creation while being sensitive to staff anxieties during the transition.

This position, supervised by the ERoster & Temporary Staffing Manager, requires a confident individual with experience in training and customer-facing environments. The role offers a salary range of £29,970 to £36,483 per year and includes benefits such as annual leave, pay enhancements for weekend work, and opportunities for professional development. Applicants must be willing to travel across the Trust's footprint and will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check as part of the vetting process.
