Sustain SoCal is seeking a Psychological Practitioner / Therapist for its Southampton Acute and Crisis Psychology Team. This fixed-term position requires an accredited therapist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), or Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) to work within a dynamic team at Antelope House, which includes an acute mental health inpatient unit and a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The role involves providing assessments, evidence-based psychological interventions, detailed risk assessments, and contributing to patient care across various mental health presentations.

Candidates should possess significant experience with adults facing complex mental health issues and hold relevant professional qualifications. The position emphasises collaboration, communication, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. The successful applicant will also be involved in teaching, training, and supporting other service staff.
