Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a full-time Patient Pathway Administrator for its Spinal Surgery team, based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and John Radcliffe Hospital. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities, proactive organisation skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support. The role involves providing comprehensive clinical administration services, acting as a point of contact for consultants and clinic teams, and ensuring efficient patient pathways comply with Elective Access policies and 18-week referral to treatment (RTT) targets. The administrator will also support colleagues, maintain service continuity during absences, and escalate any issues as needed.

Candidates will be expected to work in the office at least four days a week, engage courteously with patients and referrers, and contribute to a cohesive administrative workflow.
