As a department we have strong links with the wider multidisciplinary team. You will have competencies to work to and a robust period of induction when joining the team, with an ongoing structure for supervision and development.

This role offers the opportunity to work with patients on the acute inpatient wards, to deliver delegated rehabilitation programmes devised by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, whilst preventing deconditioning alongside the wider ward teams.
The role is also essential in ensuring key administration tasks are undertaken. We provide a structured induction, competency package and ongoing supervision and training. This position would sit within the Acute Elderly Therapy Teams, but we would be looking for someone in this role to be dynamic and flexible to be able to help across any clinical areas as required.
