Ealing CAMHS is looking for 0.8 WTE Speciality Doctor to join our friendly, supportive, and experienced multi-disciplinary specialist mental health service within our Neurodevelopmental Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinician who can help taking a leading role within our services using a creative and dynamic approach. We are looking for clinicians who are able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as be able to be an advocate for children, young people and families’ needs. We hope the successful candidate would support and implement our commitments to staff wellbeing, manageable job plans and giving staff the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge further whilst in role.

You will be joining a welcoming Psychiatry team in West London who are committed to service improvement, staff well-being, and who value diversity in our workforce. You will offer a high-quality service to young people, families and carers, alongside working effectively with your colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network supporting the young person. The post provides excellent opportunities for professional development.
