As a Senior Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist you will provide assessment, treatment and management advice for patients within the therapy team covering all front door areas; including prioritising/managing the daily caseload within the team, assessing and delivering therapy interventions, ensuring the highest professional standards of care are maintained, demonstrating adherence to the Trust Values and operating as a leader in the team, service and organisation.

- To be a team member contributing to the delivery of therapy services across the RATS Team, alongside the senior leadership team.
- To provide specialist advice to therapy staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team and wider tea,.
- To use client-centred approaches to patient care.
- To participate in and provide clinical and management supervision.
- To contribute to multi-disciplinary team working.
- To contribute to and lead on service improvement and quality initiatives.
- To use the Trust electronic patient record system.
- To contribute to Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments.
- To abide by all Trust policies and procedures.
- To be able to respond flexibly and creatively to challenges.
