NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated Care Navigator/Administrator to join the team at Path House Medical Practice in Kirkcaldy, which serves 17,300 patients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will provide a professional, welcoming presence while supporting the clinical team and ensuring efficient administrative services. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy, dynamic environment. This full-time position offers a salary of £13 per hour, with hours primarily scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly Practice Team in the role of Care Navigator/Administrator. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of 17,300 patients. We have 7 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, a long-term GP Locum, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practices Nurses along with a Health Care Assistant. Our Clinical Team are supported by a highly experienced Admin and Secretarial Team which we are looking to expand.
As the first point of contact within our Practice, the successful applicant must have a welcoming, professional manner. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, highly motivated, along with possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, who will work hard to provide an excellent care administrative service to our patients, GPs and wider clinical team.
