Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and dynamic Health Care Support Worker for their Outpatient Team. The successful candidate will provide integrated clinical care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and senior staff, ensuring safe and competent treatment for patients in compliance with established protocols. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills are essential, as the role entails professional interactions with colleagues and maintaining accurate patient records.

The ideal applicant should possess healthcare experience, with a GCSE in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, and must either hold a Care Certificate or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
