Petrofac is seeking a Commercial Administrator in Aberdeen to support its operations within the energy industry. The role involves reviewing vendor costs, managing offshore labor hour inputs, generating detailed man-hour reports, and serving as the main contact for time-related inquiries. Additionally, the successful candidate will compile client invoices based on contractual agreements, ensure the accuracy of billing, and work closely with Commercial Coordinators to maintain compliance with invoicing procedures.

Candidates should possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in client invoicing, accounts payable, and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
