The Velindre University NHS Trust in Cardiff is seeking a full-time Transcriptionist to join its Health Records team. The role involves essential tasks such as audio typing, scanning, and updating clinical information on the Welsh Clinical Portal, requiring strong audio transcription skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with medical secretaries and clinic coordinators, ensuring that typing is completed in a timely manner. While the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, applicants who are proficient in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should possess a good general education with GCSE passes, advanced keyboard skills, and experience in audio typing, ideally within an NHS or hospital environment.
