The Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is offering a Chef Supervisor position at their new North View Hospital in North Manchester. This role involves overseeing food production to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services that align with departmental standards and policies. Responsibilities include cooking according to recipes, portioning food, completing production documentation, ensuring proper food storage and labeling to prevent cross-contamination, and adhering to HACCP guidelines. The position also involves monitoring food waste and ensuring compliance with the Trust's catering policies and dietary requirements.
