Salary: £29,250 to £34,655 for internal applicants, internal reward principles will apply
Type: 12-month secondment / fixed-term contract

Job Description
SLC have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join us on a 12-month secondment basis to support the Executive Director of People. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker who can expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare professional correspondence, and facilitate key governance meetings while managing critical administrative workflows. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Director of People, handling confidential matters with discretion while supporting strategic initiatives.

What You Bring
- Proven ability to expertly juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining composure and efficiency
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating a good track record of providing administrative support
- Exceptional organisational abilities with advanced time management and prioritisation skills, ensuring smooth execution of complex schedules and projects
- Outstanding communication capabilities, both verbal and written, paired with comprehensive secretarial skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated professional maturity with excellent interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to executive leadership's working style while maintaining discretion
