The Patient Pathway Coordinator at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust in Southall will provide essential administrative support to the busy Respiratory department, which focuses on diagnostics and specialized care related to respiratory medicine. The role emphasises enhancing the patient experience through effective communication and organisational skills, with a primary objective of tracking and validating patient pathways to adhere to RTT (Referral to Treatment) standards.

Responsibilities include managing phone and email inquiries, coordinating clinic bookings, admitting day cases, and maintaining accurate records of patient tracking on the Trust database. The post holder will collaborate closely with clinical teams and service management to ensure all administrative processes are carried out efficiently, including data collection for national audits.
