Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate and flexible HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for a development post at Allen Ward, Warneford Hospital, focusing on acute inpatient care. The position offers 18.75 hours, with the possibility of negotiating for full-time hours. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the psychologist will engage in diverse tasks, including psychological assessments, time-limited interventions, team formulations, reflective practice groups, and offering CPD workshops to staff. The role is designed to foster professional development, paving the way for advancement to a senior psychologist role, while contributing to the innovative care and research efforts within the service.
