Indus Paper Boards Pvt Ltd is seeking a female Care Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a young woman with severe learning difficulties and complex needs, including Epilepsy. This full-time position, paying £13.00 per hour, offers a total annual salary of £25,400 for 40 hours per week, covering shifts in the afternoons and weekends. Ideal candidates should have previous caring experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include meal preparation, personal care, social and leisure activities, and assisting with medication. Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and a personal vehicle, with references and DBS checks to be conducted.

Requirements
- Essential: Previous paid caring experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and support client with her care needs and emotional support
- Proof of Eligibility to work in the UK
- Non-Smoker
- References and DBS checks will be carried out.
- Monday to Friday 4 pm to 8pm [20 hrs]
- Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 8 pm [22hrs]
- Pension and Annual Leave
- Some cover for other personal annual leave will be required
- £13.00 per hour
- Self employed workers rate - £15.50 per hour.
