Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant to join their team at Rose Court Care Home in Southwark, a purpose-built facility located in Rotherhithe. This role involves working night shifts for a total of 24 hours per week, where responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, medication support, assistance with meals, light domestic tasks, and facilitating social activities to promote independent living for residents.

- This is a Care assistant Nights role working 24 hours per week
- Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
