Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Patient Scheduling Clerk for the Endoscopy Scheduling Department at the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about improvement, and capable of managing scheduling waiting lists, RTT targets, and appointment modifications to optimize list utilisation. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, excellent communication abilities, and experience in clerical and customer service roles. While knowledge of RTT and waiting list management is desirable, the role offers full in-house training for the right candidate.

This part-time, permanent position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience in scheduling and waiting list management within the NHS.
