Bright Care is actively seeking carers for their Edinburgh branch, welcoming applicants with no prior experience as comprehensive training will be provided through their Training Academy. They are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who can support clients in maintaining their independence. The positions available include zero-hour contracts (with driving not mandatory) and contracted roles that require a full, clean driving license.

The role involves providing various types of care, including hourly visits, sleepover/waking night care, and 24/7 live-in care. Successful applicants will be part of a supportive team and are expected to possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Here at our Bright Care Edinburgh Branch we are activley recruiting for carers, no experience necessary as full training is given by our amazing Bright Care Training Academy.

We are looking for both zero hour carers who do not have to be a car driver, although this would be beneficial and contracted carers. Contracted applicants must hold a full clean driving license.

Unfortunatley we do not have any vacancies for sponsorship applicants as all our spaces are full.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic and have a passion for the role, someone who is caring, sympathetic and empathetic and will aim to keep there clients as independent as they can be. Applicants will be part of a big team and should have a willingness to learn and develop in there role. Good communication is also key.

If you recommend someone to Bright Care there are perks for you once the applicant had passed there probationary period.

We offer hourly care (minimum of 2 hour visits at any one time) sleepover/waking night care and also 24/7 Live In Care
