The Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and organized individual for the role of Admin Assistant/Audio Typist within the Anaesthetics & Pre-assessment Department. This part-time position (15 hours per week) requires working on Thursdays and Fridays at Harrogate District Hospital. The key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to consultants and nursing staff, handling sensitive telephone communications, typing clinic and administrative letters, and maintaining effective relationships between clinical teams, clients, and administrative services.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proficiency in typing and IT. A strong emphasis is placed on confidentiality and data protection regarding patient information.
