NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a qualified physiotherapist for the role of Team Leader - Physiotherapist within Integrated Adult Services in Glasgow. The position involves managing and leading a team of physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered healthcare services. Responsibilities include operational management, monitoring of resources within a defined budget, and acting as a clinical lead within the team. The role operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with driving license preferred.

This post offers the exciting opportunity to work as a Team leader within the Integrated Adult Services working closely with the 4 Senior Social Workers and 3 health team leads. The role provides the opportunity to maintain clinical skills whilst managing and leading the physiotherapists within Adult services and other AHPs within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management and service delivery within the Integrated team which includes managing and monitoring resources within a defined budget and acting as a clinical lead within the team ensuring a high quality person centred service to patients.
