Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join the COTE nursing team on Ward 18 at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring high standards of care for elderly patients in a challenging, yet rewarding, specialty focused on frailty. The ideal applicant will demonstrate flexibility, kindness, and a commitment to patient care, while also having a strong interest in supporting the health and wellbeing of the elderly.
Welsh language skills are desirable, but applicants who are bilingual in Welsh and English are encouraged to apply.
