The Patient Pathway Administrator at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) NHS Trust in Stanmore plays a vital role in providing a comprehensive, patient-focused reception and booking service for the imaging and centralized booking office. This multi-skilled position involves regular rotation between back-office and front-of-house duties, including high levels of face-to-face interaction, processing patient requests and referrals, and liaising with clinical and non-clinical staff to manage waiting lists and appointment systems efficiently. The administrator must demonstrate independent judgment in patient-related decision-making, ensure timely scheduling of appointments and referrals within statutory waiting times, and maintain accurate records in the Trust's information systems.
