The role offers a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour with various shift patterns, including days, evenings, and overnight sleep-ins. Support Workers will assist individuals in gaining independence through personal care, life skills training, and encouraging participation in community activities. Typical Shifts are: Mixed shifts ranging between 07:30-14:30/14:30 to 21:30 and over night shifts/sleep ins
