The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Impact Lead for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), a role designed to showcase the impact of health and care research to various stakeholders, including policy makers and the public. Ideal candidates will possess experience in managing an organisation's impact and insight functions, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role involves supporting the Assistant Director in leading a team that conducts evaluations and impact assessments, collaborating with NIHR coordinating centres, and contributing to the strategic direction and policies of the NIHR Academy.

As part of a small, dedicated team, the Impact Lead will focus on developing and delivering evaluation strategies, preparing reports for higher-level meetings, and producing analytical papers to inform decision-making. Candidates will work closely with various departments to advance impact and evaluation methodologies, train staff, and ensure that the NIHR's contributions to health improvements are effectively communicated and documented. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £53,755 and £60,504 per year.
