The role of Community Nurse at Surrey Downs Health & Care offers Band 6 Nurses the opportunity to deliver care in various Primary Care Network (PCN) sites across Dorking and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will receive a Welcome Payment of £2,000, split into two installments upon joining and after six months. The position entails managing patient care, assessing needs, implementing care programs, and supervising staff, all while working closely with a senior team to ensure patient-centered practice and innovative service delivery.

Nurses will be expected to possess a current UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work-related travel. The role supports flexible working hours and emphasises collaboration within a community-focused health framework, aiming to reduce hospital admissions and enhance care delivery directly in patients' homes.
