Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
- Foster independence and promote social inclusion
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents
Working Hours
- Two week rolling rota (37.5 hours pw)
- Weekend working required
