Psymplicity Healthcare is seeking a qualified CAMHS Therapist to join their dynamic multi-disciplinary team, focusing on delivering evidence-based interventions for children and their families facing mild-to-moderate mental health issues. The role emphasises one-to-one Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for young people experiencing emotional distress, while also welcoming practitioners skilled in other therapeutic modalities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying safeguarding concerns, participating in clinician support activities, and maintaining high standards of communication and risk management.

Applicants should have relevant qualifications, including registration with a professional organisation, and experience providing therapeutic interventions to young people. Ideal candidates will also hold their own insurance and clinical supervision. Desirable skills include proficiency in ADOS or ADI assessments and experience in delivering Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) therapy.
