The North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Psychologist to join the multi-disciplinary Community Team within the Camden and Islington Personality Disorder Service. The successful candidate will collaborate with team leaders and clinicians in providing a psychological perspective to the team's case management, addressing severe personality disorder issues. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, offering individual and group psychological interventions, supervising colleagues from various disciplines, and contributing to the operational management and training initiatives of the service. The role requires an emphasis on psychologically-informed care frameworks, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), while also participating in service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
