The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking dedicated and innovative practitioners for the role of Health Visitor, responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Wales Programme and providing high-quality support to families in the community. Candidates should possess a First Level Registration along with a Degree/Diploma in Health Visiting, and demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. The role involves managing an allocated caseload, collaborating with stakeholders, and understanding the local community needs.
