The Personal Assistant role at the Net Zero Technology Centre in Aberdeen supports the leadership team by managing their diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating meetings and conferences. Key responsibilities include diary management, communication of instructions, organizing files and records, processing correspondence, and preparing complex documents. The PA will also assist with team workshops, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engage in STEM activities, along with taking minutes in meetings and managing related administrative tasks.

Candidates should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining strong communication abilities across diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with budget management is essential, along with the capability to handle confidential information. A relevant degree or business experience is preferred, and the role may involve occasional travel within the UK and internationally.
