The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive project support service to the Diagnostic Programme within the Collaboration of Acute Providers.

Our aim is to use our collective expertise and resources across the acute sector to ensure that people who use our services have timely access to the same standard of high-quality acute care wherever they live and are supported to achieve their best health.

The Collaboration of Acute Providers is hosted by York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is an integral part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System. As a system we are embarking on major transformational change across our urgent care, elective care and diagnostic services. As part of a dynamic Programme Team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to drive our change programme and deliver on our ambitions for our patients.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive project support service to the Diagnostic Programme within the Collaboration of Acute Providers. Working to the Programme Director, the project support officer will assist the Programme Managers and Project Managers on the coordination, monitoring and delivery of project plans, supported by the Programme Management Office.

This will include providing administrative support to the programme, leading and coordinating reporting from the high impact projects, management of changing demands, processes and maintain appropriate and comprehensive records of project progress.
