The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is seeking a Senior Psychological Therapist or CBT Therapist to join their Primary Care Mental Health Service in North West Hertfordshire (Dacorum/St Albans). This role involves providing psychological interventions, leading the therapeutic offerings to meet local population needs, and supporting a multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment. The post-holder will be responsible for supervising qualified and trainee psychological therapists, managing psychology referrals and waiting lists, and offering consultation on clients' psychological care to various non-psychology colleagues and community agencies.

The position requires the ability to work autonomously under professional guidelines while contributing to team policies, service development, and research.
