The Treatment Room Nurse position within the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) service in Bow of Fife offers an opportunity for a Band 5 nurse to provide essential care in a GP surgery setting. Responsibilities include delivering treatments such as wound management, venepuncture, and injections while ensuring high standards of clinical care. The role requires excellent communication, time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing demands as part of a multi-professional team. Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and possess relevant experience in a Primary Care environment.

The position entails flexibility to potentially cover other treatment rooms across Fife, as part of a wider service commitment. NHS Scotland is transitioning to a reduced full-time working week, effective from April 2024, while maintaining current pay rates. Candidates must also be able to meet compliance requirements, including membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
