The Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their Community Nursing Service, focusing on delivering nursing care to patients in their homes. The position requires candidates to work 30 hours a week, comprising three 10-hour night shifts. A clean driving license and access to a car for work purposes are mandatory. The ideal applicant should have prior experience in a healthcare setting, possess compassion, and demonstrate effective communication skills. We require a Healthcare Assistant to work within the Community Nursing Service to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a Health Care setting, be compassionate and able to communicate effectively with patients.
