Belong Newcastle-Under-Lyme is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in providing exceptional care to residents in a community home setting. The role involves working collaboratively with staff to ensure high standards of care, offering personal and practical support to residents while respecting their dignity and privacy. Candidates must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work flexibly under pressure, with responsibilities including assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and maintaining accurate records.

This part-time position offers 26 hours per week, with shifts from 8am to 10pm.
